First stop.........Fredericksburg, TX.  It's really in the wrong direction (planned on heading north through Texas up to Palo Duro Canyon) but thought it would be nice to see my folks before we took off.  Also, the two nights of driveway camping will serve as a sort of shakedown prior to the real trip beginning.  Joe
